Yes – there is a special offer to get your second hour at 50% off! This offer is valid when one fully priced Standard Bounce session is purchased for either £9.95 or £10.95 first, and then your second hour is processed at the discounted rate.
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your designated start time. This buffer allows ample time for necessary tasks such as check-in, changing clothes if needed, or utilizing restroom facilities. Additionally, before commencing your activities, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure your well-being throughout the process.

Our Jump Session start on the hour, every hour (only during our opening times!!) and last for 60 minutes. You can book additional hours at a discounted price on our booking system or at our Reception Desk (spaces depending).
During Standard Bounce Times, Toddlers aged 2-4 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult (18+) onto the arena and be directly supervised by them at all times. Children aged 5+ are allowed onto the arena without a supervising adult, however there must be a parent or responsible adult on the premises for all children aged 11 and under.
Unfortunately, we do not allow Under 2’s onto the arena during Peak times. We do offer a Toddler Session Monday – Friday (Term Times) 10am-11am and 1pm-2pm which are specifically designed sessions for all Toddlers aged 5 and under.

Absolutely – we always recommend pre-booking via our website or by calling us on 01228 210215 (Carlisle). This is the only way you can guarantee your jump space.
We always recommend turning up at least 20 minutes before the start of your jump time to ensure than you get your full hours bounce. You will need to collect your wristbands and watch a Health and Safety video before you go onto the park, so please leave yourself plenty of time as especially at the weekends, we do get very busy.
Yes – all of our amazing features at Fusion are included in the price of a Standard Bounce. The only additional cost is our Fusion Skyride at Carlisle which is an additional £2.50 per ride, per person.

Yes cash and card payment payments can be taken but please be sure to arrive in plenty of time to be checked in and complete your waiver if necessary. We urge you to use the website or call ahead to check availability for your preferred session. We get very busy at weekends, during school holidays and in the evenings.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We are happy to refund Non-Party / Group bookings in full 48 hours in advance of the booking date. We can happily keep bookings as Credit for future visits. Please call us to discuss your options.

YES!! We are the Birthday Party Specialists!! We have hosted thousands of parties over the years and will do everything we can to ensure you all have the best time!! We have purpose-built exclusive party rooms adjacent to the trampolines where we can cater for parties of different sizes. We have a number of standard packages and are specialists at creating custom parties.

safety and security
For your visit to the trampoline area, please note that entry is exclusively allowed with our designated Fusion Socks. These specialized Fusion Jump Socks are available for purchase, enabling you to enjoy the trampoline area while maintaining safety and comfort. The great news is that these socks are reusable, allowing you to use them for future visits as well.
Our lovely and friendly Fusion Crew will assist you in any way that they can upon your arrival. Please head to our Reception Desk when you first arrive to check-in and our amazing Reception Team will inform you of what you need to do from there onwards.
All bouncers must have a signed and valid waiver form to bounce on the arena. Anyone aged 16+ can sign a waiver on behalf of themselves. Anyone aged 15 and under must have a waiver signed by a responsible adult / parent / guardian aged 18+. Electronic Waiver forms are valid for 12 months and must be re-signed after expiring.
You can sign a waiver using the following link or access the waiver page on our website. You will also receive an email containing a link to fill out a waiver upon completing an online booking. As a last resort, you can sign a waiver onsite at our Reception desk but we always encourage customers to pre-sign waivers before coming to site.
There are steps to the Café and small steps up onto the arena. Unfortunately, we do not have a lift system in place but a member of staff will always be on hand to assist with Buggies or Bags. We have reserved seating downstairs and will happily provide a waitressing service from the Café upstairs for those unable to access the Café.

Yes – inclusiveness for all is a big part of Fusion. We offer an Autism Session every Tuesday at 5pm, with all the flashing lights and music turned off and fully trained Staff on hand. We will do all that we can to accommodate additional needs during any visit at any time to Fusion.
Absolutely – we have specifically designed our mezzanine Cafes and Trampoline Arenas to ensure you have the best seats in the house in the Café, being able to watch your children on all of the features of the park. There is no charge to sit in the Café and we encourage all parents to head upstairs and enjoy watching their friends or children on the arenas.
No, only food and drink bought at Fusion can be consumed within the building. Please do not bring any external food or drink into Fusion unless it has been previously agreed with the sites Management Team.
Unfortunately not. During our Toddler Sessions (Monday – Friday 10am-11am, 1pm-2pm during Term Time) we are more than happy to allow you access onto the arena, but you must stay on the grey pathways and not bounce on the Trampolines. During all other sessions I’m afraid we cannot allow you onto the arena at all.

Yes we do, the baby changing unit is accessible in our Disabled Toilets situated inside the main building.
Yes, the course is fully accessible for wheelchair users & pushchairs. There is a small ramp to get up to access the course, with a full pathway available through all 18 holes.
Yes Yes Yes! We have a lovely Mezzanine Cafe situated indoors that you can purchase a wide range of Cold & Hot, Food & Drinks from.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on all of our golf bookings, but we are more than happy to move your ticket to another day if you don’t fancy playing in the weather!
In severe / extreme weather conditions that result in us having to close the course, we will contact all bookings to arrange refunds / move tickets to another day.
We estimate it will take a group of 4 roughly 60 minutes to complete the course. This is completely dependant on the busyness of the course.
There is no charge for babies / extremely little ones if they don’t play. Any spectators capable of playing that don’t want to play would need to purchase a Non-Playing ticket for just £4pp to gain access to the golf course.
We require everyone on the golf course to have checked in at our Reception desk to receive a Jurassic Golf Wristband. If you are not planning on playing, you may purchase a Non-Playing Ticket for £4 which will gain you access to the course.
Yes – our course is situated outside with no roof covering. So please make sure you are appropriately dressed for the weather!
Once you have bought a ticket, it is valid for entry for 1 round of golf any time between 9.30am-7pm on the selected day you have purchased the ticket for. Once you have arrived onsite, please head to our Jurassic Golf check in desk to redeem your ticket & receive your Golf Putter, Golf Ball, Golf Wristband & Scorecard.

We operate an U12’s Supervisory policy, there are to be no children aged 11 & under on the golf course without direct supervision from an adult.
The course is ideal for those aged 3+, however babies will still enjoy the sights & sounds our course has to offer!
We would always recommend pre-booking to secure your space. You can do this via our website, or by calling us on 01228 210215. We have a limited capacity of tickets to sell each day, you can turn up and pay at the desk but this is dependent on availability.
A pair of big kids would love it, and do! Our Jurassic golf is aimed at all age groups in mind.
