6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

a. Before engaging with the activity equipment, participants are required to view our safety briefing video and complete a risk acknowledgment form.

b. Participants intending to use the activity equipment must declare they don’t suffer from any medical conditions that might increase their probability of being part of incidents leading to injury, to either themselves or others.

c. Participants should only partake in activities if they’re in robust physical health. Those with pre-existing medical conditions such as respiratory, cardiac, spinal, neck, bone, or muscular issues, or those who are pregnant, should refrain from participation.

d. A weight limit of 114.3kg / 18 stone/ 252 pounds is applied for the use of activity equipment.

e. Basic jumping and athletic skills are prerequisites for participants to access and use the activity equipment. The performance trampolines, however, require a more advanced level of jumping and athletic ability.

f. All participants are mandated to wear Fusion socks while using the activity equipment.

g. Despite the thrill and fun that our activities offer, they do carry inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury if the equipment isn’t used with caution. The use of activity equipment is physically taxing, involving jumps, strength-based activities, and complex movements on varying and unpredictable surfaces.

h. The activities are high-impact and demand full body involvement. They require intense concentration, self-awareness of personal capabilities and limitations, extreme vigilance towards the environment, and utmost caution at all times. Participants must respect their skill levels and refrain from attempting maneuvers that go beyond their proficiency.

i. Participants are obligated to read, comprehend, and adhere to the Fusion Trampoline Park rules. These rules are prominently displayed across various platforms and locations, including the risk acknowledgment form, safety briefing video, and signage around the premises including the foyer, safety briefing room, park entrance, and in certain cases, on the attractions themselves. Participants’ usage of the attractions implies their consent to abide by these rules. Noncompliance can jeopardize the safety of participants and others, leading to potential injuries.

j. Participants must take personal responsibility for their safety. Parents or guardians are likewise responsible for the safety of the children under their care. By engaging with the attractions, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions.

k. Fusion (The Jump Company) does not provide direct supervision or assess the individual skill levels, capabilities, competency, or suitability of participants to use the activity equipment. This responsibility lies with the participant and/or the parent/guardian.

l. The use of any activity equipment is at the sole risk of the participant.

m. Children under the age of 6 years must have a parent or guardian with them at all times across all areas of the premises, except for soft play areas (see point N below). The adult-to-child ratio for under 6s is 1:2. Children aged 6-13 must have a parent or guardian present on the premises. Children aged 14 and above may participate without an accompanying adult. However, Fusion (The Jump Company) does not supervise children or assess any participant’s skill levels, abilities, competency, or suitability for use of the activity equipment.

n. Soft play is exclusive to children aged 0-11 and their accompanying parent/guardian. Children aged 0-3 require direct supervision from their accompanying parent/guardian in the soft play area. Children aged 4-11 do not require direct supervision in soft play, but their accompanying parent/guardian must:

i. Understand that Fusion (The Jump Company) does not provide direct supervision and that the responsibility of supervision rests with the parent/guardian. Marshals are provided solely to oversee the activities.

ii. Remain on the premises at all times.

iii. Monitor their child/children to ensure they can safely use the equipment.

p. Participants with concerns are encouraged to visit the site at a time prior to their booking to discuss with a member of the Fusion (The Jump Company) staff. Participants who fail to meet these requirements will be denied participation in the activities. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that all members of their party meet these requirements.

q. In the event that a participant is either not permitted to, or chooses not to, undertake or complete the activities for the reasons stated in this clause, Fusion (The Jump Company) will not be obliged to provide refunds or compensation.
